Shelter Labs - Victoria, BC

We enjoyed providing project management and design services to the awesome team at Shelter Labs in Victoria, BC in order to help them with their new tenant improvements.

DBO Agriculture - Laidlaw, BC

NRG is excited to be working alongside DBO Agriculture Inc. as a design-build partner in the construction of their new, state of the art, production and distribution facility in Laidlaw, BC. The new facility will allow plenty of space for DBO to become a licensed producer with GPP (Good Production Practices) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.

Langley BC Cannabis Ltd. - Langley, BC

NRG recently began working on an innovative Design-Build project for Langley BC Cannabis Ltd. This 44,000SF new construction project will see Langley BC Cannabis through to a turnkey production facility in Langley, BC, and will meet GPP and GMP regulations.

Sussex Avenue - Burnaby, BC

NRG also worked with Thind Properties to design and develop a 48 storey high rise on Sussex Avenue.

Alpha Avenue - Burnaby, BC

NRG also worked with Thind Properties to design and develop a 24 storey midrise on Alpha Avenue in Burnaby, BC.

BlissCo Cannabis Corp. - Langley, BC

NRG provided project management services for BlissCo Health to construct a new ACMPR medical marijuana facility in Langley, BC - (NRG was involved in the successful completion of two other medical marijuana facilities that were completed in 2016/2017).

Bayview Terrace Townhomes - South Surrey, BC

2012-2014 completed the design and construction of a mixed use project which included Commercial and High end residential townhomes in White Rock, BC.

Mixed Developments

From 2014 - 2016, NRG managed the development of Phase One at THE STATION in Fort St. John - 55 acres of mixed use residential and commercial land including 134 single family and duplex zoned lots.

West Coast Retina Optometry Clinic - Richmond, BC

NRG completed the design and construction of West Coast Retina’s expansion space in Richmond, BC.

Subsidized Housing

Starting in the fall of 2016, NRG worked with BC Housing to design and develop a 14 storey subsidized housing project.
